No. This course meets you where you are at - beginner's or seasoned yoga student. We all need to organise our thinking when we start working towards something new.
Not at all. Teaching is optional and is part of a deeper training journey with us - however if you do decide you'd like to teach, or explore your certification options these hours will contribute towards your qualification when the time is right.
This is mindfulness, meditation and coaching. This is part of the 8 limbs of yoga but not the study of poses/asana - you will find that in the Practice to Path course. This is mindfulness-based, embodied, and yoga-informed.
It prepares you gently and practically if you choose to pursue teaching. It helps you embody practices and gain clarity. Its a stepping stone towards teaching if you feel drawn to teach
By the end of this program. You won't just know more about yoga, the 8 limbs, meditation, raja yoga and mindfulness.
